Braintree Community Hospital offers a wide range of NHS services under one roof so that you can meet a consultant, be diagnosed and have treatment in the same place, often on the same day. As a community hospital we have nurses and therapists working across the area to save you time and extra journeys.

Our state of the art new building provides a fresh and friendly environment for the following services:

For people staying with us, we have 20 community beds, mainly in individual rooms. In order to protect the privacy and dignity of the patient there are two, four bedded wards which are always designated to the same sex. The hospital café and catering team offers a range of delicious dishes and sandwiches prepared using local and organic produce, helping our mission to improve the health of people in the area. For your convenience parking is free at the hospital.
